Ground transport only
If your tour operator or organization already handles flights and hotels, we cover the European ground side: coaches, minivans, and drivers who know the venues and the routes.
Complete travel management
If you need it all coordinated from arrival to departure — flights into Europe, hotel blocks, ground transport, and venue logistics — we plan it as one connected trip, not separate bookings.

Touring Europe with your group — what you should know
We've never organized an international tour before — can you help with that?
Yes. Many of the school and community groups we work with are on their first European tour. We walk through the itinerary with your group leader step by step and handle the parts that are unfamiliar from overseas — local regulations, venue access, realistic travel times between cities.
Do you work with our existing US-based tour operator?
Yes, frequently. If your trip is organized by a tour operator back home, we can work directly with them as the European ground partner, or with your group directly if you're planning independently.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For groups of 40 or more, we recommend starting at least 6–9 months ahead, especially for popular venues and peak season (spring and summer). Smaller ensembles have more flexibility.
What happens if our flight is delayed and we miss a connection?
We build buffer time into ground transport schedules where possible, and our European contact is reachable throughout the tour to adjust pickup times, hotel check-ins, or venue arrival if something shifts.
